We offer eight flavors. All our timber is sustainable: Manuka, Pohutukawa Apple, Tawa, Beech, Oak, Honeysuckle, and Rawa Rawa. These work beautifully in our hot smokers and in our cold smokers. You can mix the flavors to achieve different tastes. Check for recommendations on which wood best with various proteins; it ultimately comes to personal.
